What the activation does

Gamma is the flow state, a brain state from 30 hertz up. The breath sequences take you there in about a minute, and the practice holds you there while you work with gratitude and the heart.

What a session with me looks like

We start with what you are carrying. A relationship, something from your family line, a pattern you want to loosen, a knot around money or work, or a goal you are ready to move on.

Then I guide you through Gamma Breath sequences built for that intention, with coaching and energy work between them. The breath opens the flow state, and from there the insight and the next steps tend to arrive on their own. We close by grounding what came through into something you can act on.
