BREATH INTO LOVE RETREATS

Days by the ocean and the jungle, breathing, moving, and coming home to yourself. Come with a group, or book it privately for you and yours.

Breathe Into Love

What Breathe Into Love holds

Breathe Into Love is an immersion.

For a handful of days you drop into breathwork, movement, and ecstatic dance, into Osho Dynamic and Kundalini meditations, and into silent meditation. You breathe with the jungle around you and eat whole foods from the land. It is an intimate, sacred space, small enough that everyone is held.

This is community work. Breathing together, moving together, and coming home to yourself in the company of others doing the same. It runs on set dates as a group, and can also be booked privately for you and the people you choose to bring.

YOUR RETREAT EXPERIENCE

Retreats are mostly held at the beautiful Finca Shambhala, near Tinamastes, Costa Rica, 30 minutes from the pacific ocean beach of Dominical. Nature hikes, beach days, waterfall tours, farming classes and additional energy and bodywork sessions are available.

Three daily nutritious and delicious farm to table meals are included (of any dietary preference) as well as fruit, smoothies, pure water and teas. The bedrooms are comfortable and bright with shared and single options. Morning yoga is included.

This is a total immersion away from civilization. The only sounds you will hear are of the nearby river and surrounding nature. We support you in planning your travel logistics and transport intineraries.

A Sanctuary in Nature

Join a group retreat

A small group immersion on set dates. Breathwork, movement, ecstatic dance, and silent meditation, in an intimate, sacred space in the jungle.

Book it privately

The same immersion, held just for you, your family, or your own group. Choose your dates and shape it together with RahQuel.

I shape every retreat around the people in the room.

Mornings open with breath, days move through sessions, movement, dance, rest, and time in nature, and evenings settle into stillness. Some days go deep and quiet, while others open wide. I read the group and build the experience from there.
